Initial Consultation
Your renovation journey will start once you schedule a 15-minute consultation call with us at no cost to you. Here, you can ask any questions about the process, our design team, or the services we offer. We will also get a brief understanding of your project and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Client Brief | Site Visit
After your initial consultation and being happy to proceed with the proposal, we will schedule a time for us to come and visit your home. This is a great opportunity for us to see first-hand what we will be working on and to start getting some design ideas. During this visit, we will also go through your brief in more detail which we will send beforehand, and answer any questions you may have.
Concept Design & Development
Gatherings all the information from our site visit and initial consultation, we will start to put together a concept design for your renovation project. This will be a collaborative process between you and our team as we work together to bring your vision to life. Here, we will create mood boards, cabinetry drawings, suggested floor plans, design specifications, and 3D renders so we can all get a good idea of what the final outcome will look like.
Final Design
Feedback from the concept design stage is essential to help us create your final design. We will work closely with you to make any changes or adjustments until you are completely happy with the outcome. Once you are 100% satisfied, we will move on to the next stage – making your dream home a reality!
Design Documentation
Once you are satisfied with the overall design and ready to proceed, we will start putting together all the necessary documentation and the schedule for your builder. This includes:
