Our Design Process
New Build
At Designing Interiors, we believe in keeping things simple. Our innovative and hands-on process has been developed through experience and a passion for delivering timeless results to our clients.
Initial Consultation
The first step in our process is to schedule a free 15-minute consult call. This is an opportunity for us to meet you and learn more about your project as well as provide expert advice and guidance. Likewise, it will give you the chance to ask any questions you may have about working with our team.
Concept Design & Development
After we have gathered all the necessary information we need in order to proceed, our team of talented designers will start working on your concept design. This will include mood boards, cabinetry drawings, suggested floor plans, design specifications, and 3D renders.
Final Design
Once you have approved the concept design, we will move on to the final design stage. During this phase, all the details of your project will be finalised. This is also a perfect opportunity for you to make any changes you may have before construction begins.
Design Documentation
Once you are satisfied with the final design and ready to move forward, we will start finalising the schedule and documentation for your builder. This includes:
